We are SeaJo and this is our Credo to the people whom believe in us. We believe at SeaJo Productions and Entertainment that as a company the people who run and maintain it must have common goals in sight. We can grow a business exponentially when built on TRUST, HONOR, DIGNITY, and COURAGE. The more we believe in our constantly evolving quest together, success will alway be achievable.
We believe our first responsibility is to our employees. Happy employees mean happy clients, contractors, guests, patrons to all others who use our products and services. In meeting their needs, everything we do must be of high quality. We must constantly strive to maintain our quality in every way possible using strong business partnerships creating a thriving business community through collaboration. We must use proper communication in multiple forms, and great fiscal management to keep our costs in order to maintain reasonable prices for our customers who enjoy our valued shows and products. Our clients orders must be serviced promptly and accurately, using an effective team with a strong passion to be the very best. Our suppliers and distributors must have the opportunity to make a fair profit.
We are responsible to our employees, the men and women who work with us throughout the world. Everyone must be considered as an individual. We must respect their dignity and recognize their merit. They must have a sense of authenticity and security in their jobs. Compensation must be fair and adequate, and working employees fulfill their family responsibilities. Employees must feel free to make suggestions and complaints. There must be an equal opportunity for employment, development and advancement for those qualified. We must provide competent management, and their actions must be just and ethical.
We are responsible to the communities in which we live and work and to the world community as well. We must be good citizens who support good works, charities and bear our fair share of taxes. We must encourage civic improvements, better health, great entertainment, lead by example, inspire people to be better than yesterdays performance, train and embrace education. We must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to use, protecting the environment and natural resources.
Our goal is to set out and be the very best in every way. Striving to grow and support our communities fairly and creating a common thread that changes the standard of the industry. People need to be treated with respect, we will use policy and procedure to implement day-to-day tasks systematically and efficiently. An efficient team is an effective team and communication is key. This is the one common thread that causes disputes through lack of understanding the client’s needs when working on other clients and companies contracts. By defining the client’s needs and understanding their expectations whilst clearly defining them on paper and agreeing to the delivery goals, most projects go very smoothly. Having set high standards sets us apart from other productions because we know what works and we are willing to take calculated risk but not without a clear understanding of all the pit falls possibly seen. This positive feedback has given SeaJo and our team of specialist an ability to gain many new customers over the years. Our passion is driven by understanding and aligning with great people as passionate as us.
Our final responsibility is to our investors. Businesses must make a sound profit. We must experiment with new ideas; research must be carried on, innovative programs developed and mistakes paid for. New equipment must be purchased, new facilities provided and new shows and products launched. Reserves must be created to provide for adverse times. When we operate by these principles, the shareholders should realize a fair return.
We believe to be a leader of the people you must let them do what they know how to do best. Lead them from the heart and for why you do what you do. People grow strong fundamentals when people who respect them for their abilities. Letting our employees unleash their talents positively on our companies behalf is key. People believe in leadership when they know they are treated fairly and know safety is always an insight. Trust is created when the system is proven to protect and grow a community.

Honestly, some people may not be the most qualified professionals in the industry, yet they understand how and what you need to do the best job and complete the project well.
