We offer the adventure and energy of a new startup, yet we have proven our traction in the industry with lots of momentum through personal experience. In business we are a high performance growth orientated group looking for results in studio, on stage, in the gym, and in life for all members.

We have a great management team working alongside brilliant board advisors. We have extensive experience in balancing finances, and how to excite the masses positively through entertainment events utilising skills learned when analysing the psychological aspects of the clients needs.
We have continuously seen success by doing good deeds for others whilst standing for what we believe in. At SeaJo we are different; we are a factual, honest business utilising procedure based systems with sustainability and clear business ethics in mind to ensure progression in all aspects of the company. We know there are talented people out there in the world just waiting to be discovered for their break of lifetime. We also believe there are people and businesses who have the capability to help us spread the good nature of SeaJo’s mission to have a positive influence on business, communities, sports, the arts, the environment and the people who protect it.
We graciously accept donations that support the athletes, artists, craftsmen, employees, and the mission of SeaJo. Gifts to the Endowment are an investment in the long-term artistic future of the company; helping to provide a stable source of income for years to come. SeaJo benefits from the generosity of donors, foundations, corporations, and government matching programmes, which helped build a foundational investment portfolio within the Endowment itself.
Interestingly, it has never been just about the money for us to live a rich and fulfilling life. We actually live a very humble life whereby although money certainly is an important ingredient in that mix, it is such a small part of living a rich life in essence. True wealth comes from the happiness found within the human spirit whilst sharing passion and value with others. That is why since 2002 we have focused on helping other businesses succeed; similarly, we have focused on enriching other people lives through performance, entertainment, life coaching, athletic coaching, and Public Speaking. Other companies have sought our expertise for help within their business, utilising our performance knowledge driven abilities for more than two decades. We have produced services in front of millions of people both on-stage and within back of house.
Throughout the previous 25 + years we have progressed to experts in our fields of knowledge with focus on our education and personal development to make us better. We took action and still do to this day play a role in helping to build other companies up. In our minds, it is simple. We take action where others would give up in a situation. We take complex scenarios, breaking it down for others to understand. This is infiltrated within our teaching systems allowing better efficiency whilst maximizing the potential for people to learn. Our expertise and experience allows us to focus on communication systems; setting a precedent, creating a healthy mindset and a happy environment geared for success.
How did we get here and what we have done?
It started in 1993 some 25+ years ago when we united as a team in National and International sport. We represented our country for years as elite athletes and trained to become the very best in what we do. We studied at school and we also studied ourselves in sports, the psychology of people, body language, theatre, choreography, fine arts, dance, costuming, business and finance. Similarly we further studied leadership, Canadian and United States National Coaching Certification Programs and Courses allowing us to focus on coaching. Bringing it all together, we have done a lot. To teach is a gift. To coach effectively and efficiently is a talent that is honed over time.
Teachers and Coaches are very different in functions. Famous skating coach Frank Carol once said,
“Teaching involves being able to on-pass knowledge about how to do a skill; how to teach someone to use their body to do a jump, or use their feet to create speed, or how to make a spin go faster. A coach is somebody who can prepare people for competition and give them a philosophy about how to be champions, how to deal with the disappointments and the triumphs, how to budget their time. And a coach teaches them the philosophy of being a competitor.”
When expanding our personal and business philosophies we found that we at SeaJo also have the ability to practice these functions in our business. We have seen that our knowledge base helps others succeed which in essence makes us successful today.
In our business structure we have many different branches to make profit, and to give back to community. We hired the right people for our startup team to build a sustainable business plan for generations to come, ensuring our advisors are guiding us effectively with their amazing business expertise and understanding. The adversity we have fought from injury to sickness through to handling highly pressurised training and elite competition has allowed us to grow exponentially as people. Those life lessons allowed us and our team to gain confidence in our abilities. We have performed in prestigious shows and events around the globe. When reviewing our track record in performance, we have successfully done business with copious top corporations all while maintaining family and meaningful friendships throughout our time.
Throughout our partnership together, we have witnessed and witnessed the best producers working within film, television, theatre, commercials and more. This also provided us with an insight in to some of the worst things that can happen, that should just not happen, EVER! Our learning curve and experience has been fully inclusive, well rounded and steady which is so valuable to us. The knowledge and understanding of safety is key to our people. We have consistently been making goals and creating an action plans to bring them to life. Our ethos is all about going above and beyond our employee and clients dreams making for a greater and more rewarding experience for all.
A quick story here, one day I was at the studio skating and Jodeyne was in Canada with our little daughter Signey whom was born a week prior going to production. I was in Myrtle Beach with the cast of Christmas on Ice for Spirit Productions. A lot of people know me as a technical wizard within the skating world of pairs, I am a big dude and not too graceful or artistic, and then one day one of my favorite skaters said to me “Sean I had no idea you had such creativity in you.” I smiled, thinking to myself ‘nope not many people do’. We had created this wonderful solo performance together that honestly while the show was running was a real hit with the audience. I will never forget that night because I do know my kryptonite (weaknesses) but I do know my Superhero Strengths; One of them being super creative with my mind seeing patterns in nature and in math. I also see body language and bio-mechanics really well and the human potential. This moment really allowed me to finally release my mindset and give another professional some guidance and inspiration to make something for all to love. It’s actually not about me at all, it is about the performer that lays their heart and soul out on stage night after night for people to cheer for. If the ingredients are right, we bake and train the programs well, the recipe is remembered and written down I am pretty darn sure the product and service is going to be a hit, and it sure was. I would even run to the side stage to watch his number because I loved his abilities so much. Truly a brilliant performer and person.
This action lead us to focus SeaJo and its actions, building systems that scale. Every event, show, job or purpose in business is not the same and we recognise that. Knowing that we have set standards, developed systems and processes allows us to test our ideas and grow concepts first, before we then create powerful budgets for the clients needs. Our system is honest, accurate and fulfilling, yet very adaptable. With the great management skill at SeaJo, our shows and clients needs for events materialize from the mind to paper, onto the computer screen, then to art boards and models culminating in the finalised product; the real live show. To this date our process has been effective and on target. Our systems have the potential to positively impact millions of people down the road leaving them wanting more. Our value based service and product will be reciprocated by the public exponentially.
Our personal experience within the sports, entertainment and corporate event world is extensive. It ranges from personal competition; performing in elite sporting events, to fashion shows, Olympic and Para-Olympic Games performances, stage shows, ice shows, ship builds, holiday decorations; performing with full philharmonic orchestra’s and theatre rehabilitation, to massive hit raves and music festivals, performance on stage with contemporary and opera singers to rock stars, and even automobile shows. You name it we’ve probable done it all around the world.
We have experienced an invaluable amount over 25 years together as a team, and with our growing team collectively we have accumulated some 100+ years of experience all together. The networks we have built one on one, and our online presence is growing. The communities of people and the businesses around the globe that we are associated with are special. People and businesses trust us and count on us to produce the goods and services of SeaJo when it counts the most.
We strongly believe that it is important to be able to extend our efforts to help our local communities grow. It is especially important to reach out around the world with a view to creating a positive impact on the youth and good samaritans around the globe. Being a company with compassion and empathy goes a long way. SeaJo has specifically identified that the work that we have done for foundations like “Make A Wish”, Special Olympics, Foundation Fighting Blindness and Autism at Sea provided an understanding of just how special and fortunate our own lives are. and the more we give of ourselves to the people in need, the more reciprocation and thankfulness was shared with the wonderful people who were involved. The feeling of creating smiles and cheers with the people when they interact with our group is immeasurable.
Another great aspect to our team is that it is entirely remote until crunch time. We work from our homes offices located around the world. We are very mobile when on the road working from coffee shops, on planes, trains and automobiles. We are global and the world is our oyster. When it’s time to unite and piece the puzzles together, we converge to the warehouse and studios to build and choreograph our concepts. We believe in “FLEXIBILITY” and allowing people to have a life they love. We cannot physically be everywhere but with a click of a button we are together in an instant. Technology is amazing when used properly and is a vice that is utilised incredibly effectively by the entire SeaJo team.
We ask our workers to work hard, but we play hard too. We believe that a happy and healthy team is key. A healthy mind, is a healthy body, and a healthy body is a powerful soul is inside of it. These are the great stepping-stones to a wonderful work environment for all to be in. Sports and fun team building events are our first line of release and we love it. We focus on individual’s strengths and build their weaknesses to develop the teams’ abilities. That power and understanding of strengths and not overlapping one another abilities builds rapport together. That catch phrase from the movie Top Gun “Never leave your Wingman” is often referred to because we are a team working together for a greater cause. Knowing you will never be alone in a job makes one realize that people are human and we all need people who support us. It is super important to have fun and people will be successful together.

We insist upon having fun and sharing our experiences because we believe in it for ourselves and our loved ones too. Happiness is everything! RIGHT? So we pride ourselves on having integrity in our work and the people we work along with; we’re on time, and work our asses off. That hardcore work is rewarding and to have loads of fun doing it makes it all worth it. We believe if you can do a super quality job in 5 hours that would normally take you 9 hours then you should be rewarded for it. But it has to be to standards of superior quality. The reward is not always the end result but the journey that took us there together. The cherry is on the top of the sundae when we close the door and turn of the light and go for a drink till it all starts over again.
Another integral philosophy used for our team is continuing education which we believe is a lifelong process. When we worked one on one with great corporate entities like Royal Caribbean and Anheuser-Busch, we participated in many leadership and continuing education courses for management and business. While at Royal, we truly embraced the classes proposed to us for the 10 years we were under contract for. We had the best Training and Development Officers who believed in the people and Royal Caribbean philosophy. They were so wonderful to train with that I can still name them to this day; they all left footprints in our hearts that’s for sure. The care and attention to detail about building leaders within people was amazing. They taught us that the investment they took in their people helped to retain their people in business, and because they believed in the company standards and its mission, customer satisfaction and retention went up. We really miss being at sea, the reason we left was due to family illness where family came first and so we went home. The great thing still to this day is SeaJo’s use of the proper business ethics that we learned where we place the values we learnt their into the core of our business structures. It is really important to us that people become a part of the family.
Building our dream job through our life experiences and achievements has helped us to master the skills of sport, fitness, family, friendships, business, travel, entertainment, and life skills. It has been so important to master these topics because we learned that people are people and society tends to lose faith in them, but we actually know who we can depend on. Our relationships strengthen over time and those very people don’t even need to ask what to do when they are properly trained, they seem to go onto auto pilot; follow policy, procedure and do what they think is best for all.
You could be a sponsor, client, cast member, crew member, or a member of the executive it does not matter whom in the company we are , the key is that we are in this together. We do not want employees to just work with us for 3 to 6 months, we want them to stay for years; helping us grow and growing themselves as people.
We have listened to the other people and businesses around us saying you can’t do that, you can’t do this either, you shouldn’t do that and yet we have found that doing the things people say that are impossible, or don’t agree with are absolutely doable. We believe that; Yes, yes you can use your mind and inspiration to lead a rich and fulfilling life. Just do it, you do not need to wait for permission to build business. At SeaJo we lead with passion and understanding that others may limit themselves into thinking things are impossible to do, they are not and the limitations are present in our minds only. As competitive elite athletes and performers we have pushed our physical and mental limits and boundaries for years in elite sport competition. We decided if SeaJo were to succeed we needed to unite with people with that sort of passion. The passion that drove us to be our very best. From medal winners to great athletes and performers not recognized with hardware, we want to drive hard and unite all of our dreams to come true to life. By monetizing our mindset; abilities, artists, athletes, casts and crew can expand. Our experiences together forge and help others along the way. We have the urge to train people to become leaders whom will invest to train more leaders, which inevitably becomes a reciprocating practice that we believe you should become a part of too.
We understand how important it is that we can have space to grow their spirit, yet we cherish and trust the dedication to fight the inner battles of fear to grow. Learning and training are tough. Tough on the mind and body and so this is why we want to reward people through perks of the job. We really feel that the one thing many industries lack is their commitment to the workers and a lack of a reciprocating relationship between business and personnel. There are guidelines in our process and we keep things as simple as possible. We really feel that it is important that there are policies and procedures set at the beginning of everyone’s contracts. We all have a FairPlay Policy and equal rights policy, and S.Q.M Policy in place that we learned for our corporate days. Everyone should be able to advance fairly and we are all allowed to develop and grow.
Business thrives with great business plans that work to educate and stimulate the minds of the people who actually make it function. That means everyone! We invest our efforts to make success happen, whereby, as long as everyone has a destination point in mind for the company mission and credo, we are able to get on track and navigate together across the myriad of challenges. Together we will have a the most amazing journey and get further.
We all have our talents, we all have a voice, and we all need to produce great stuff from the heart. At SeaJo we feel people should feel appreciated and be praised for the great works they produce. We remember the many wonderful things we learnt in our past experiences at Royal Caribbean and that was that the people who work on ships rock. Ship people do not hesitate to work together because we know our abilities are stronger together in unpredictable environments where no single employee is responsible for the ships success, but instead the team is attributed to the success of the outcome. We have learned to accept challenges that make us united, adaptable, and smarter together by promoting this positive teamwork whole heartedly which in turn, makes a huge impact for the long-term.

Beyond all this, we have incredibly interesting things going on at SeaJo. We create and develop ideas with one another daily. No matter what, we are about the team and focus on the individual strengths of the people who make us stronger to do business. We are often so inspired from our research on the old, the new, and we get super excited about the future. From technology to choreography, to music and costuming, to product design and delivering shows and entertainment; we believe in people.
We smile cheek to cheek reading the resumes and watching the videos and listening to the people’s show reals that really do make us cheer and put us in awe right in our seats in front of the computer. We watch them all. There is so much amazing talent in our world just waiting to be unleashed and shown to the public. Talent + hard work reveals the star in a nut shell. Once that shell is cracked a star is born, shining bright for all to see.
When we created SeaJo, a part of the initial dream was to have ordinary people doing extraordinary things in an amazing show whereby one day their name or image will be on a poster or billboard for all to see. Graciously and happily we have worked alongside Spirit USA with an amazing partnership which has seen numerous successful years together. They have an amazing organization with very cool people. They made it happen in Niagara Falls when our team arrived to the venue the billboard was lit up. The singers, dancers, and the skaters were on the video marquee strutting their stuff. If we are a failure in the future we will never forget that snowy day when all the people were watching in the Niagara Skyline smiling, knowing they made it. It was very special, and one day I hope that we can do it over and over again for the future of the Entertainment and Event business. The future is now and our investment leading up to that moment will forever be priceless because there can only ever be a first time for something like that in anyone life.
Starting SeaJo from scratch, making great plans, growing trust through success, minimizing risk by testing systems, figuring out rights management, keeping our overhead as low as possible, using smart people with great time management skills has allowed us to grow consistently and exponentially. It is possible to take what’s inside of you, and share it with the world even when the competition is pushing you down. When the world sees value the world will reciprocate. If you add value to the world, the world will give you more value than you can even count. Making a lot of money is a by-product of adding great value to the world. At SeaJo we take that money we made, we pay our bills, and reinvest profits back into the company making it even better. Using good business ethics and systems, alongside our networking with other great people and businesses, we feel are our ideal clients will be happy to use our services again and that makes it all worthwhile. We have a made a plan of attack, we have stuck with the plan making it playable and we are growing. We opened during the years of the great recession and have been fiscally smart and focused keeping things simple, bespoke, and efficient. The spent years studying and researching how to build our business systems to be efficient, cost-effective has been worth every minute spent. We made it through.
We have studied and trained ourselves to execute technique, to coach and motivate others, and to do good business well. We have taken action investing and donating our time and energy into people and their talents whom we believe in. There are so many great people out there in the world, because we’ve seen it. Having opened our hearts and arms for people to expand their personal abilities and brands the last few years to perform in front of thousands has been so rewarding. We are delighted to have talent learn and grow their abilities with us and are only ever a click aways with a computer or mobile device. We use technology at its best to make learning efficient and effective. The value we create for the products and services we produce is so important and we believe the people that we work along with will help us raise the bar being able to solve the difficult challenges ahead. We value the honest and caring people and businesses that want to unite and grow stronger together. We know working together makes the world an even more amazing place to be in.
