Leadership is a true art developed from people with high quality standards and a sincere concern for the positive and productive development of both the individual and team.
A true leader wants to empower others by mentoring them, giving them a will to do well in what ever they are focused on. They correct when needed without belittling, and inspiring all the members of the team to be the best they can while maintaining their focus on the details and delivering products and services with high quality standards.
Leadership comes in many forms, yet the great leader is the one that people believe in and share their core values and belief that good things happen to a team of people who want to be the difference in the world.
Here are some pictures of people we have engaged with that we are truly blessed to work along side and are true leaders in their own right. Some leaders are the quiet type whom lead but doing things so quietly they just do their thing without staring the pot, and then there are leaders whom lead with such vigor the world knows they are there to do their thing.
- It’s up to you to do your thing the way you most want to be discovered. Make sure of a few things that resonate in our hearts. First you always have to know your base. The people that have supported you, that have stuck by you through thick and thin and saw your dreams come true to life. You have to know your base so well because in the moment you become a success you need those people to depend on keeping your feet on the ground while your head is reaching for the sky. They keep you real.
- When you become a leader there are some tough choices we need to make, and know your rules. Know the lingo, and the rights of others. Always trust your gut instinct. If you know something is off or not right your gut talks to you. Great leaders will sometimes need to question themselves and pow you need to trust that internal instinct. If it gets activated listen to it, and make a choice. Just slow down and make a choice which is best for you and your company and or your training. That is the start to being a leader.
- Always remember where you started, and make sure you talk to your people because if you have a common vision together you can get further. Keeping the vision strong leaders and trust their people and themselves to do right for the company and for themselves and their families. It is so wonderful when the team separates for a time being, yet they all have the same mission, vision, credo, and goals waiting to be shared. Kind of like spreading the gospel of the company.
- Passion, leaders have passion, leaders are doers. Leaders also know how to delegate functions to bring the company up to speed. It is really important to share their passion and also use their passion to drive the company further in its success.
